Scope of Work
As part of developing a solution to supply reliable power to the Philippines, GenX Energy retained CH·IV to initially perform a review of an EPC proposal for the Batangas, Philippines import facility. The purpose of the review was to supply technical expertise as to the completeness of the bid and to provide recommendations on the project moving forward.

CH·IV was retained to further develop a general import facility functional specification to be used on future Request for Proposals (RFPs) for future import projects in the GenX Energy portfolio.
