Scope of Work
Small scale LNG export facility with a total capacity of 1 MTPA. The Facility will include 3 LNG production trains each with a natural gas pre-treatment unit and liquefaction system. Common facilities will include a 45,000 m3 Full Containment LNG storage tank, marine facilities and LNG loading systems, Boil-Off Gas compression system, refrigerant unloading systems, power generation, feed gas metering and utilities. LNG from the Facility will be exported to countries currently using heavy fuel oil or Diesel for power generation and will also support the domestic marine fueling market.

• FERC Regulatory Permitting
• DOT PHMSA Siting
• Engineering Feed Design

Major milestones:
The Project has achieved the following major milestones:
• Submission of NGA Section 3 application – Q1 2017
• DOT PHMSA Letter of Determination – Q1 2019
• FERC Order Issued – Q3 2019
• EPC Award – Q1 2020
• Environmental Oversight
• Owner’s Engineer Services
