Scope of Work
CHꞏIV conducted a hazard assessment of the facility process systems and provided recommendations on the minimum performance requirements for personal protective equipment (PPE). A project specific methodology was developed to identify process hazards, the severity and likelihood of potential injuries, in particular the evaluation of personnel exposure to thermal radiation from LNG impoundment pool fire and piping jet fires. The study included a desktop and field assessment of the facility design to identify potential hazards and mitigating controls in place.
